If the name on the tickets is to be different than the name on the submitting account, please write it in the 'Custom Text' field; if this field is left blank, the default name on the tickets will be the same name on the purchasing account.
 
Purchase of raffle tickets does not guarantee winning a prize; tickets are non-refundable.
